At the age of 16, Swiss guitarist Mark Raphael discovered the exciting art of playing guitar. He later studies at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, where he improved with the help of amazing guitar players such as Scott Henderson, Brett Garsed and Dan Gilbert. His inspirations include guitar heroes such as Andy Timmons, Blues Saraceno, Dave Uhrich and Yngwie Malmsteen. Mark Raphaelplays from the heart and doesn't care if someone likes his music or not. But he's always happy if someone does. His album Power Flower was composed and recorded in his own home studio. He is working on a second solo record, trying to find his perfect guitar sound.
