Racer X
Second Heat
The Story
Once one of L.A.'s top drawing live acts, "Second Heat" showcases Racer X's raw stage energy and musical integrity and features the twin guitar assault of Paul Gilbert and Bruce Bouillet engaged in some of the most difficult synchronized solo playing ever heard (especially on the instrumental track "Scarified"). In addition to the Racer X tunes, there are two covers tracks: David Bowie's "Moonage Daydream" and Judas Priest's "Heart Of A Lion". The Priest tune was written during their sessions for "Defenders of the Faith", but they only made a demo and never released their own version. A wise purchase for true high-tech guitar fanatics.
