"Uncertain Terms", the Shrapnel shredder's third record, followed the pattern of his first two releases--blazingly-fast instrumental jazz-flavored metal. On the nine instrumental offerings, Mr. Howe wails with melodic solos rich in advanced technique juxtaposed to intricate rhythms. "Uncertain Terms" stands to showcase his innovative rock and fusion style, and is further proof of his incredible guitar talent, and his developement as a composer and producer. A true solo album in every sense of the word, this record was recorded on the ADAT digital recorder and was engineered and mixed by Howe himself.
