Ozric Tentacles are a unique phenomenon. Long before they released a record or a CD they had become a group of musicians whose name was often on the tongues of the frequenters of the mid 80's UK underground and alternative, psychedelic festival circuit. Continuing a legacy of brilliant instrumental work over the last sixteen years, The Ozric's combine progressive jazz and reggae rhythms with spacey synth, and gripping guitar work to create a musical landscape of colour, depth and motion. Each piece of work on their 2000 studio album "Swirly Termination" is a constant state of movement and change, taking the listener on a trek through their own imagination. Plus, guitarist Ed Wynne serves up some especially shredded moments.
