Visions Of An Inner Mounting Apocalypse, "A Fusion Guitar Tribute" brings together the creme de la creme of jazz/fusion guitarists with Warren Haynes, Steve Morse, Jimmy Herring, Mike Stern, John Abercrombie, Greg Howe, Dave Fiuczynski, Frank Gambale, Jeff Richman and Steve Lukather, each paying a fiery guitar tribute to John McLaughlin, one of the most influential guitarists of all time. Richman produced the release, and rounded up Vinnie Colaiuta (drums), Kai Eckhardt (bass), Mitchell Forman (keyboards) and Jerry Goodman (violin) to add their musical contributions and solos to the proceedings.
