SoundAbout.net transfers Vinyl, 78's and Tape to CD with Audio Restoration. We also have dedicated software to remove unwanted sounds from recordings - ie 'squeaky chair' 'noise from a door' 'clumsy musician! : )' Free advice on new additional website www.about-guitar-amps.com

I am passionate about recording and mixing. I especially love to work in the following musical genres: folk, country, light rock, classic rock, jazz, bluegrass, blues, and classical. I do not record/mix hip hop or rap, partly because I don't have any experience in those genres. I also do not record/mix anything that I consider to be offensive. My studio is ideal for you if you are a singer/songwriter, either performing as a solo or in a group, and you are looking to create an album or just a demo. If this is you, and you live in the Washington, D.C metro area, please contact me.

I employ Purist Recording Techniques for Audiophile sound quality. Simple Stereo Microphone arrangements, minimum signal path, very little effects and compression for a clean accurate sound. My recording system is mobile so I am able to find great sounding venues (Churches, Halls, Stairwells etc to get the best sound. E-Mail me if you are interested in partnering with an Engineer to get your project ready for the market.I operate in Toronto, Ontario on the west side.
