Janos Varga Project "Live: The Wings Of Revelation"

In the U.S., you may be able to play in your computer's DVD/CD drive - check your system.] The musical career of guitarist/composer Janos Varga started in 1975 as a founding member of the group East. As composer and lyricist he contributed to the making of several albums of the groups East and Crack Orchestra. He also created an avant-garde musical group, Art Reaktor (our past is our present), and wrote music for ballet with East ("The Victim"). His composer's album, "Into The Light", was released by the German label Sonoton Music Library. Varga participated with an international group that released "Energy Project", an album of collective compositions. He has also contributed to several recordings as a member or guest musician, among them HBB, Hobo, Guitar Contest and Meeting Point, and has written music for visual works and television programs.

On his DVD, "Live: The Wings Of Revelation", the Janos Varga Project (Varga, guitar; Istvan Kiraly, drums; Peter Hary, stick/bass) plays material from his latest releases, "The Wings Of Revelation I" (2000) and "The Wings OF Revelation II" (2002).
